Technical Specification:
Slidable tube furnace with Dia 60mm x Length 1200 mm quartz tube and flange. Maximum temperature up to 1200°C/1400°C. One pair of sliding rail is installed on the bottom of furance. The Furnace can move by Motor from one side to the other, to achieve max. Heating and cooling rate up to 100°C/min. For the fastest heating, you can preheat furnace to the desired temperature, then move furnace to sample side. For the fastest cooling, you may move furnace to another side after heating sample. It is ideal furnace for rapid thermal processing at lowest cost.
Furnace Structure : Double layer steel structure with control panel at the bottom is mounted on sliding rail which can move from one side to another by motorised arrangement.

Temperature controller :
PID automatic control via Thyristor with 16 segment programmable & over heated protection.
Two Type thermal couples are included. One ‘R’ type (up to 1400°C)/ ’K’ type (up to 1200°C) inbuilt in furnace to control furnace temperature, and another in K’ type (up to 1000°C ) inserted into tube to monitor sample real temperature profile

Stainless Steel Flanges :
Stainless steel flanges are installed on the both end of the tube heavy duty support.
Right flanges is fitted with KF - 25 vaccum pump connector & needle value.
Left flange has one needle and ¼” thermocouple feed-through. A 18” length x ¼” dia. K type thermal couple (included) connecting with temperature indicator will be inserted to furnace ‘s sample position to monitor heating and cooling rate during furnace sliding.
Digital vaccum gauge with resolution 1Torr and needle valve.
Vacuum Pump :
